Usher Raymond and his lawyer Mark Geragos are desperately trying to prevent a sex tape with the singer and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, from being sold.
In 2010 Raymond's car was broken into and $1 million in jewelry, 2 cameras and 2 laptops were stolen. One of the laptops had the sex tape on it.
According to TMZ, the tape was offered for sale to pornography companies who all told the thieves to get lost because they have no legal right to it.
They are now trying to find blogs that will post it.
