Bill Cosby might be on the verge of losing an upcoming television series on NBC, as another woman has come forward to accuse him of sexual assault.

Joan Tarshis detailed the assault in a conversation with CNN's Don Lemon. It allegedly happened in 1969 when she was 19-years old.

According to Tarshis, she was a young actress who was invited up to Bill's bungalow. She says he fixed her a drink and she passed out. She woke up to find him removing her panties. She prevented him from having vaginal sex with her by telling him she had an infection and he would give it to his wife.

"I thought I was very clever in saying that, but he was more clever," Tarshis told Lemon. "And instead he made me have oral sex with him, which really was horrible. To me it was much, much worse than if he raped me the normal way.”

Barbara Bowman

Tarshis is the second woman to appear on CNN in the last week to talk about being drugged and raped by Cosby. Bowman says he raped her between the ages of 17-19, starting in 1985.

An old stand-up comedy bit has resurfaced in which Bill jokes about drugging women.

NBC is scheduled to air a new television series in 2015. There's talk the network could be having second thoughts.

“It's a classic ensemble family comedy,” NBC Entertainment President Jennifer Salke had described the planned show to reporters in July via the New York Daily News. “Bill Cosby plays the patriarch dispensing his usual wisdom and advice. He has three daughters and a lot of grandchildren.”

“As I understand it NBC was just in the early development stages ... they can kind of just make it go away,” Prof. Robert Thompson, director of Syracuse University's Bleier Center of Television & Popular Culture. told the New York Daily News. “NBC would have been in a really tough position if this show was in the rotation for the spring and if they already had episodes in the can.”

Is Bill's legacy on the verge of being irreparably damaged?

The flood gates have opened on Bill Cosby. He continues to get trashed by women who claim he has drugged and raped them.

Janice Dickinson has joined Barbara Bowman and Joan Tarshis in detailing criminal events at the hands of Cosby.

Dickinson is the most high profile accuser to come forward. The 59-year was a highly successful model in the 70's and 80's. She considers herself to be the first supermodel.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Dickinson says Cosby raped her in 1982. According to her, she had dinner with the comedian in Lake Tahoe. She was menstruating and having cramps at the time, so she accepted a pill from Cosby and drank a glass of wine.

"The next morning I woke up, and I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," she tells ET. "... Before I woke up in the morning, the last thing I remember was Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain. The next morning I remember waking up with my pajamas off and there was semen in between my legs. I'm doing this because it's the right thing to do, and it happened to me, and this is the true story. I believe all the other women."

Dickinson says she wrote about the assault in her 2002 autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel. It was removed by HarperCollins following pressure by Cosby and his lawyers.

She says keeping silent has caused her long lasting mental damage.

"Stuffing feelings of rape and my unresolved issues with this incident has drove me into a life of trying to hurt myself because I didn't have counsel and I was afraid. I was afraid of the consequences. I was afraid of being labeled a whore or a slut and trying to sleep my way to the top of a career that never took place. How dare you. Go fuck yourself. How dare you take advantage of me. And I hope you rot."
