Lindsay Lohan is looking for a big payday from the makers of the video game Grand Theft Auto V. The actress claims her image was used without her permission, according to TMZ.
The character in question is named Lacey Jonas in the game. In one mission she needs help dodging the paparazzi because she doesn't have make up on and believes she's too fat to have her photo taken.
I think it's going to be hard to prove that the character is based on Lindsay because that description could fit a lot of famous actresses and models. Nevertheless, Lohan has her lawyers on the case.
This will be the second lawsuit filed against he popular game. In October Daz Dillinger of Tha Dogg Pound sued Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games for using his songs "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi Hit" without his permission.
