Iggy Azalea was performing her hit song "Fancy" at an pre-VMA event at Avalon Hollywood on Friday, August 22, when she tumbled off of the stage.
The singer didn't appear to be seriously hurt. Security helped her back onstage and she finished her show. Check out the video below.
