International Boxing Federation middleweight Jermain Taylor is spiraling out of control and either needs to locked up or get psychiatric help at once.

The 36-year old fighter was arrested on Monday, January 19, and charged with with five counts of aggravated assault, three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, and possession of marijuana, according to KATV.

Taylor is accused of going nuts at a Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade in Little Rock, Arkansas after a child he let hold one of his title belts accidentally dropped it.

40-year old Toya Smith told The Associated Press that Taylor threatened to kill her and her three children, all under the age of 6. He then pulled out a gun and threatened to kill Smith's husband.

"He put (the gun) up against his temple, I jumped in front of it and it went off up into the air," injuring her husband's ear, Smith said. "He was going to shoot him, but I saw it, he was going to kill him and I had to hit the gun."

Smith tried to leave the scene, but Taylor pointed his gun towards her car, cursed and said he could care less about her or her children.

"He was pointing at the kids, so I jumped in front of him again and said `Please don't shoot my kids,'" Smith said.

The boxer was released from police custody after posting $50,000 bond.

In addition to this latest incident, Taylor is facing charges of first degree battery and making terroristic threats after being accused of shooting his cousin, Tyrone Hinton, inside his home in August 2014. Taylor pleaded not guilty in December. His trial in that case is set to begin in June.

**UPDATE** January 21

Taylor appeared in a Little Rock courthouse on Tuesday, January 20, following his arrest Monday. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

According to THV 11, Taylor is facing two counts of battery, three counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of substance, and third-degree endangering a minor.

The incident happened outside of the boxer's gym. He says the family was trespassing on his property at the time.

Prosecutor Larry Jegley told THV11 that his office requested to have Taylor's bond revoked in the cause of the August shooting of his cousin.

The document reads, "Upon the application of the State to Revoke Bond and careful review of the Applications to Revoke Bond, and Affidavit of Verification of Pleading, this Court does order that a warrant be issued for the arrest of Jermain Taylor under Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 9.5 so that the defendant may be brought before this Court for a hearing to determine of there is reasonable cause to believe that the defendant has committed a felony while released on bond pending adjudication of a prior charge."

Taylor has to turn himself in within 24 hours. He released a bizarre video while sitting in a bathtub, apologizing to anyone he disappointed. He also criticized the organizers of the MLK Day parade.

"Arkansas, I got 24 hours to turn myself in they say. Let me get some shit off my chest. I know y'all disappointed in me. I'm sorry if I let anybody down or hurt anybody. I make mistakes too," Taylor says in the video. "The Martin Luther King parade, little kids didn't even have no candy. Y'all need to get it together. Had my little girl out there, nobody had no candy. So, if you disappointed in me I'm disappointed in y'all too 'cuz that's Martin Luther King, so get that together too. If I gotta go to jail, I'm gonna sit my ass in there ... but I'm not gonna say I have no problems with no drugs to get out of jail ... I worked too hard for my life to put that in it. So you can kiss my ass. Fuck them. That boy had no business fucking with us."

After he turns himself in Taylor's next court date for this incident is set for March 20.
