Tekashi69's quick ascension in the rap game may have hit a major bump in the road.
According to DJ Akademiks, the 21-year old Brooklyn, New York native, born Daniel Hernandez, skipped his court date on Tuesday, April 10. He was scheduled to appear in front of a judge with proof he passed his GED, which was one of the stipulations of his plea deal after pleading guilty to one felony count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
6ix9ine could now be facing a three-year prison sentence.
His Instagram account has been wiped clean except for one post with a caption from his management team.
"TEKASHI WONT BE BACK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE," it reads. "HE’S DECIDED TO RELEASE THE OFFICIAL AUDIO TO GOTTI TODAY FOR YOU GUYS, LINK IS IN HIS BIO. WE’LL UPDATE YOU GUYS ON HIS BEHALF FOR THE TIME BEING."
