The security guard who was allegedly assaulted by Rich Homie Quan at Liv nightclub in Miami Beach is suing.
As we previously reported, Quan, real name Dequantes Lamar, went to Liv with an entourage on Saturday, March 21, but was turned away at the door by guard Christian Cajigas because the club was full.
Quan became angry and allegedly punched Cajigas twice in the face. Cajigas suffered a broken nose and bloodied lip. In court documents obtained by TMZ, the security guard says he's in constant physical pain and has been disfigured.
Before police arrived Quan escaped in a speedboat.
Cajigas has hired high powered attorney Eric Hertz. They are seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
