Tia Kemp is taking her baby's father Rick Ross to court seeking an increase in child support.
TMZ reports that Kemp is currently receiving $1,951 per month for their son William Roberts III. She is asking for that to be increased to at least $2,800 a month.
Tia cites Ross' 9 Wing Stop franchises, his mansion in Atlanta and Miami, valued at $5.9 and $5.1 million respectively and his endorsement deals as reasons she wants a pay hike.
She also claims their son is "physically gifted," which requires more cash for his martial arts classes.
