Brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi, together known as Rae Sremmurd, are being hauled into court by a fan who claims he was injured at one of their concerts.
TMZ reports that a Michigan man was at an October of 2016 show, when he was allegedly hit in the face by a water bottle thrown into the crowd by one of the members of the group.
The victim claims that the force of the blow ripped off "a chunk of his face." He was taken to the hospital and treated for an injury to his nose.
The man claims he was disfigured and suffered permanent scarring. He wants his medical bills paid along with damages.
The group is being sued for negligence, assault and battery.
