Miley Cyrus kicked off her Halloween fun by dressing like Lil Kim on Wednesday (October 30). The singer copied Kim's memorable 1999 MTV Video Music Awards look all the way down to the purple pastie covering one breast. She posted several photos on her Twitter and Instagram accounts
The Queen Bee got a kick out of Cyrus' look and complimented her via Twitter.
