Tahiry Jose is taking the man to court who allegedly beat her so badly she's no longer able to work.
TMZ reports that model Carlos Fiasco reportedly attacked Jose at a New York Fashion Week modeling show. During the attack he allegedly dragged her by he hair backstage and brutally beat her.

Producers at the fashion show told TMZ that Fiasco became angry because Jose was acting "too Hollywood" in his opinion.
