Nikki Mudarris and producer Mally Mall are going through a rough break up.
Last week a sex tape of the Love And Hip Hop: Hollywood stars hit the internet. Mudarris now claims it was filmed without her knowledge and released by Mally out of spite.
TMZ reports that Mudarris has filed for and been granted a restraining order against her ex, requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away and cease contact.
Mudarris claims Mally is suicidal. He allegedly told her he would "EXPOSE UR DIRTY P" if she didn't stop being a bitch. A week later the sex tape leaked.
She also accuses him of physical abuse, destroying her personal property (cell phones) and believes he has made more explicit tapes without her knowledge to blackmail her.
