Lil Wayne and his legal team are threatening to file a lawsuit if his sex tape featuring two women isn't removed from the internet.
TMZ reports that Weezy has given the website Hollywood Street King five days to remove the smut flick or prepare to face off in court.
The rapper maintains that he had no idea he was being filmed during the threesome.
If Wayne has any idea who leaked the tape he's not saying right now.
