Some beef popped off over the weekend between Lil Reese and 2 Chainz. Reese accused 2 Chainz of stealing the hook from his song with Lil Herb entitled "On My Soul."
On the song Reese raps: "You's a woulda' shoulda' coulda' n*gga/Okay yo' clique a buncha woulda shoulda coulda n*ggas."
2 Chainz just released his Freebase EP. One song on it is entitled "Wuda Cuda Shuda." On it Tity Boi raps: "You a wuda cuda shuda ass n*gga / Ole’ wuda cuda shuda ass n&gga”
It would be hard to argue that the hooks don't sound almost identical. Reese's song came out in April. 2 Chainz's track was released earlier this month.
On Sunday, May 11, 2 Chainz fired back at Reese via Twitter.
