Chicago rapper and Kemosabe Records member, Lil Bibby, sits down with DJ Smallz and weighs in on El Chapo's second prison escape and if he will ever be captured again.
"He a God. He put a lot of niggas on they feet," Bibby said. "He responsible I heard for most of the drugs in North America. I'm sure nigga's pockets was hurting. They gonna go get him. The streets probably gotta little dry. By any means they had to go get him."
