2016 XXL Freshman Kodak Black has struck a deal with prosecutors that will free him from the Florida jail cell he has been locked up in since May.

The Orlando Sun Sentinal reports that the 19-year old, born Dieuson Octave, appeared in a Fort Lauderdale courtroom Tuesday, October 16, where he pleaded no contest to charges of robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.

In return, Judge Lisa Porter sentenced him to 12 months of house arrest, followed by 5 years of probation.

Porter agreed to withhold adjudication, meaning Black won't become a convicted felon and will be allowed to tour internationally.

Black will have to attend anger management training, community control supervision and perform community service.

Black was arrested 3 times within a 7 month span.

In October 2015, he was picked up in Pompano Beach for allegedly forcing a group of people into a car. He suspected them of breaking into his house.

Black was hauled in again in April 2016 in Hallandale Beach, after police witnessed what they believed to be a drug transaction between a passenger in the rapper's vehicle and another individual.

Cops say they saw the individual hand the passenger cash in exchange for a large bag filled with a "green, leafy substance."

Black reportedly tossed a gun into a dumpster during a subsequent chase, before he was apprehended.

In May he was arrested in Broward County and charged with false imprisonment, robbery without a weapon, operating a vehicle without a viable license and possession of marijuana.
