Kanye West is back home with his wife Kim Kardashian and their 2 children following his release from UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday, November 30.
West had been receiving treatment at the Los Angeles facility since Monday, November 21, following a mental health emergency.
TMZ reports that the rapper suffered a nervous breakdown triggered by the November 20th anniversary of his mom, Donda West's, 2007 funeral.
West cancelled a Los Angeles concert that night. The next day it was announced that he pulled the plug on the remaining dates on his "Saint Pablo Tour."
He will continue to receive psychological and medical treatment his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam.
There are no plans for the "Heartless" hit maker to return to the stage anytime soon.
We wish Kanye a speedy recovery.
