JAY-Z is reportedly looking to add another significant piece to his business portfolio.
TMZ reports that the 47-year old Roc Nation CEO, along with a famous producer and billionaire are in talks to buy Harvey Weinstein's 23% stake in The Weinstein Company.
Jay already has an ongoing working relationship with TWC and wants to expand it.
Harvey was a producer on the documentary, "The Kalief Browder Story." TWC is also working with Jay on a six-part docu-series on Trayvon Martin, as part of a first-look deal he signed with the studio last September.
The opportunity for Jay to make the acquisition came about after Harvey was fired by TWC's board of representatives earlier this month, amid allegations of sexual harassment against him.
