Raymond Vs. Raymond round 2 is about to begin. TMZ is reporting that Tameka Raymond has filed legal documents requesting an emergency hearing this week in an effort to regain custody of her two sons from ex-husband Usher.
In the documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, Tameka claims Usher is failing to fulfill his duties as a father by letting other people take care of the kids.
The singer was granted full custody of the children in August 2012, following a bitter divorce. Tameka has limited custodial rights.

The former couple's son, Usher Raymond V, almost drowned Monday (August 5) after his hand got stuck in the drain of his father's pool. He's currently in an Atlanta hospital recovering.
Tameka alleges that Usher is creating a dangerous environment for their kids. She is especially upset with Usher's aunt, who was watching Raymond V when the accident happened.
Tameka's complaints about the aunt include allegations that she is too physical with the children when disciplining them and has let a stalker in the home where Usher and the kids were staying,
We'll find out soon if Tameka is successful in her bid to get her kids back.

Tameka Raymond's effort to regain custody of her two sons from her ex-husband Usher was shot down in court.
Tameka, Usher and his Aunt Rena all took the stand during the emergency hearing. Rena told the court that she had cared for the children for many years and Tameka never voiced an objection until now.
The 911 call from the day 5-year old Raymond V nearly drowned was played. Tameka said it demonstrated the aunt has no control over the kids. At one point she broke down crying, saying she believed her son was under water for three minutes, not the thirty seconds that was reported. She added that she didn't know if her child suffered permanent brain or heart damage from the accident
After all of the testimony was heard the judge in the case ruled in Usher's favor and denied Tameka's request for custody. He said that in his opinion Usher's aunt was a capable caregiver when the singer is out of town and stated that everyone at some point in their life has been looked after by a grandmother or aunt.
When the proceeding ended Usher and his ex-wife hugged.
