In June 2016 Freddie Gibbs was arrested in Toulouse, France on charges stemming from an alleged rape that occurred in Austria in August 2015. He was extradited to Vienna, where he stood trial and was acquitted in September 2016.
The experience was traumatic for Gibbs, who had maintained his innocence all along.
He recently sat down with therapist Siri Sat Nan Singh in an attempt to heal and try to make sense of the ordeal.
