Video After The Jump

Paulie Malignaggi was briefly a sparring partner for Conor McGregor while he prepared for his August 26 fight against Floyd Mayweather. The two parted ways following a controversial knockdown, which Paulie insists was a push, after he had given the Irish fighter a beating.

Floyd and Paulie now strongly hint that Conor got played for a "sucker" by the former boxing champion and current Showtime analyst, because he was only there to serve as a spy.

"Paulie has always been my friend. Listen, this is going to stay in Paulie's family forever...don't worry, Paulie. Me and Paulie gonna stay at the house and talk about strategy. Thank you for going over there like I asked you to do," Floyd told Fighthype, with Paulie standing by his side.

What do y'all think? Did Paulie and Floyd pull one over on Conor?
