Flavor Flav is recovering after reportedly getting beat up in a Las Vegas casino Tuesday, January 23.
TMZ reports that the 58-year old Public Enemy member, born William Jonathan Drayton Jr., was at South Point Hotel Casino Spa when he got into an altercation with Ugandi Howard.
Howard accused Flav of disrespecting his mother. He allegedly punched the rapper in the face and kicked him while he was down.
Flav told cops he only went down because he pulled a groin muscle.
Hotel security broke up the fight and took Howard into custody. When police arrived he was given a citation for battery and released.
Flav was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
