Fabolous is facing major legal problems after allegedly physically assaulting his baby mama, "Love and Hip Hop" star Emily Bustamante a.k.a. Emily B.
Emily told cops that the 40-year old rapper hit her Wednesday, March 28.
TMZ reports that Fab, born John David Jackson, turned himself in later that evening. He's been charged with one count each of making a terroristic threat and aggravated assault. Both are felonies.
Fabolous' lawyer accompanied him to the police station, where he was given a citation for the incident and a ticket to appear in court. He did not spend any time in jail.
Emily and Fabolous have two children, Johan Jackson, 10, and Jonas Jackson, 2.
