Soulja Boy is currently in jail after being picked up by police at his Hollywood Hills, California home Thursday, December 15, for violating his probation.
TMZ reports that someone snitched on the 26-year old rapper, born DeAndre Way, by calling Crime Stoppers to report that he had been making threats to people online with guns.
When cops showed up they searched the "Crank That" hit maker's home and found a gun.
Soulja has filmed himself several times over the last couple of months brandishing weapons while in the middle of beefs with several rap rivals.
He is currently on probation for a 2014 case stemming from police finding a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver under the bucket seat of the Panamera he was driving.
