Chris Brown has rid himself of a legal headache by settling a lawsuit with a woman who accused him of physically assaulting her in Las Vegas last year.
Liziane Gutierrez filed a lawsuit in February of 2016, claiming the singer punched her in the eye and took her phone after she tried to take his photo during a private party in his Palms Hotel suite.
Brown denied the allegations and released a short video at the time telling his side of the story.
"Obviously, somebody is looking to get a check or start some shit," Brown says in the video. "I don't know this old-looking bitch. This bitch is old, like dusty. She probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in."
TMZ reports that settlement talks with Gutierrez started in the $70,000 range, but sources say the monetary amount agreed upon was substantially less.
