It's impossible for her not to look beautiful, but she definitely looked right in this skintight black latex outfit. Cici's good friend Lala Vazquez dressed as a sexy sailor's mistress, emphasis on sexy. The night out was also a chance for Ciara to perform and enjoy some belated birthday cake.
