Bobby V is back in the news again for all the wrong reasons.
TMZ reports that the 38-year old singer, born Bobby Wilson, is listed as a suspect in a rape case after a woman named him in a police report filed Monday, March 19, in Cobb County, Georgia.
Details are scarce, but Bobby's rep told TMZ that there is no truth to the allegation and they plan to take legal action "against what appears to be a weak yet calculated attempt to obtain financial gain through ulterior motives in the matter. Bobby takes any allegation against women very seriously. However, false allegations damage true victims of sexual abuse."
This is the second time in less than a year that Bobby's name has been connected to a sex scandal.
Last July a video surfaced that showed him leaving the hotel room of a transgender prostitute. At the time Bobby denied knowing the woman was a hooker. He claimed she was trying to extort him after realizing who he was.
