Bill Cosby and his lawyer, Martin Singer, may soon find themselves in court fighting a class action lawsuit by as many as ten of the women accusing him of sexual assault.

68-year old actress Louisa Moritz claims the comedian forced her to perform oral sex on him in the green room of Johnny Carson's Tonight Show in 1971.as she waited in the green room for an appearance.

According to Moritz, the incident at NBC's New York studio began with Cosby complimenting her work and hinting he could help take her career to the next level under his guidance.

"He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth," she told TMZ. 'Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways.'"

Once Cosby was finished he allegedly said to her, "Now you don't want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?"

TMZ reports that despite the fact that the statute of limitations are up and Moritz never told a single person about the assault, she is looking to recruit at least nine other victims to join a class action lawsuit against Cosby.

There's no shortage of women accusing the 77-year old comedian of sexual assault.

Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, Janice Dickinson, Carla Ferrigno, Victoria Valentino, Linda Joy Traitz, Therese Serignese, Tamara Lucier Green, Joyce Emmons, Renita Chaney Hill, Moritz and at least three others claim to have been assaulted by Cosby.

Most say they were drugged prior.

Moritz says she didn't come forward until now because she repressed memory of the assault and it only resurfaced after hearing the other women's stories. As for the lawsuit, she told TMZ that a united front among the women would be meaningful even if the case gets thrown out of court.

She's currently interviewing Los Angeles area lawyers to take the case.

I'm no lawyer and I have no way of knowing if this accusation is true, but this potential lawsuit seems shaky at best. Maybe Moritz wants to publicly shame Cosby into coughing up some hush money?
